    What does your company focus on?

    ProjectEVN is a construction management company working across Armenia. The team also handles some international initiatives, covering everything connected with designing, managing, and delivering construction projects from scratch. Their key focus is to make sure each initiative stays on time, within budget, and meets highest industry standards.

    How did your approach look before GanttPRO?

    Artur discovered GanttPRO in 2020, when one of their clients needed a very clearly defined timeline, and since then, it has been implemented as a default tool. “Back in 2020, we tried a couple of tools, GanttPRO was the only option without any headache.”


    Today, the tool is used consistently as a strategic mechanism by executives and by 5 leading project managers. As the company and its client work within a shared infrastructure, GanttPRO was also introduced to the client, who had previously relied only on Excel spreadsheets that did not provide enough project transparency. “If you can go to the 10th floor with the elevator, will you ever use stairs?”.

    Solution

    • One of the biggest advantages that stands out for ProjectEVN is the ability to share project views with clients and partners through a link, so stakeholders can check progress without constantly asking for updates. For early-stage proposals, the team exports timelines as PDFs, and once the process starts – switch to live shared links for ongoing visibility.
      “If you want to know where the project is or what’s happening next week, just log in and click the link and it will take you there.”

    • Artur also highlighted Dashboard as a strong reporting feature. “Once we had dispute with the client about the work done, I showed him the number of tasks created, completed and in progress, and the progress became obvious. So for reporting your dashboard is really good."
