How did you decide on GanttPRO?
When we run a campaign, I track that it develops according to a media plan. To follow this plan, we use Excel.
Previously, we used Google Docs where we used to log time by people and days. But we had been facing lots of difficulties. For example, clients couldn’t log and control time and see how the campaign was running. I had to do timing manually in Excel. That was absolutely inconvenient as we couldn’t change anything.
That’s why I started looking for a tool that combines timing options and a Gantt chart.

Now for each plan, we create a project in Excel. After that, I create a timeline and set timing in GanttPRO. The whole campaign and all the tasks are described in it step-by-step.
