How to create your first Gantt chart

  • 1. Create your first project

    Name your project, set the start date, working week and hours. If needed, choose the ready-made template with the already created Gantt chart.

  • 2. Create a hierarchy of your tasks with dependencies

    Add new tasks, sibling tasks, subtask, milestones, and create new projects on the same timeline. Connect dependent tasks with the drag & drop simplicity.

  • 3. Work with task settings

    Set dates, statuses, priority, progress, duration and estimation for your tasks, and assign them to teammates.

  • 4. Turn on Auto scheduling

    Enable the Auto scheduling feature. If any changes occur in dependent tasks, it will adjust your schedule automatically.

  • 5. Work with the Critical path

    Turn on the Critical path to see the most important tasks for a successful project accomplishment.
