GanttPRO acts as the controller of the Personal Data we collect directly through our Website, such as data provided during registration, support inquiries, or other interactions (Data Collection Overview). GanttPRO as a Data Processor:

The personal data you share with us while using the Website is your data subjects, and you are considered the data controller for this personal data. In our Privacy Policy, we refer to this data as Personal Information.

Using the Website means that you have engaged GanttPRO as a data processor to carry out certain processing activities on your behalf. The relationship between the controller and the processor needs to be made in writing according to Article 28 of the GDPR. The electronic form is acceptable under subsection (9) of the same Article.

Another document that is setting out the instructions that you are giving to GanttPRO with regard to processing the Personal Information you control and establishing the rights and responsibilities of both parties is the Data Processing Addendum. GanttPRO will only process your Personal Information based on your instructions as the data controller.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in business processes.   • When you no longer need to use your GanttPRO account, your Personal Data will be automatically deleted at the moment you delete your account. To track this process, you may click “Delete my account” and see the Personal Data we had about you. It will be deleted forever once you click “Continue deleting”.
  • You can also send us a request to delete your Personal Data by contacting us at [email protected], and we will promptly process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


If you filled in any web forms on our website without being logged into GanttPRO, we’ll keep your Personal Data in our database as long as it’s helpful for us to handle your inquiry or review your request and then delete it. It can also be deleted earlier upon request to [email protected].

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect, incomplete or should be removed, please email as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will promptly delete or correct any information found to be incorrect.
