  • Nonprofit organizations, students, and teachers receive a 50% discount on annual Core, Advanced, and Business plans. Discounts for the Enterprise plan are considered individually based on each organization’s needs.

    Individual applicants may also apply — such requests are reviewed case by case based on public-benefit use.

  • We usually review applications within 2–3 business days, depending on the current workload, and notify you by email.
    If we need any additional details, we will contact you before making a decision.

  • The 50% discount is provided only for nonprofit or academic use.
    If your use case becomes fully commercial or no longer aligns with nonprofit or educational purposes, the discounted subscription may be discontinued for future billing periods.

  • Please submit the application form and briefly explain your class size and why you need additional seats.
    We will review your request within 2–3 business days and let you know the available options.

  • You may still apply. We review special cases individually based on your nonprofit or public-benefit activity and specific needs.

  • Please indicate where you study, your field of study, and how you plan to use GanttPRO for academic work.
    Attach a document confirming your student status (e.g., student ID or enrollment confirmation).

  • We do not provide refunds once a subscription has been purchased.
    Please check eligibility and plan details before completing your order.

  • Yes. Just like any other GanttPRO subscription, student plans renew automatically by default.
    Our e-commerce partner will send reminder emails 7 and 2 days before the next billing date.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime in your Billing settings.
    To avoid the next charge, please cancel before the renewal date.
