Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal for Users Domiciled in the European Union

Agreement – as defined in the Terms of Use, refers to the legal agreement between the consumer and DPM Solutions Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością governing the use of the GanttPRO service.

Consumer's right to withdraw from the Agreement.

Consumers residing in the European Economic Area and Switzerland automatically have the right to withdraw from the Agreement.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the conclusion of the Agreement. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Us - DPM Solutions Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Krakow, Poland address: Koszykarska 27B / 26, 30-717 Kraków, Poland, [email protected] - of your decision by sending (e.g. by mail or e-mail) an unequivocal statement of withdrawal. You may do so using the model withdrawal form available below, but this is not a prerequisite. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must inform us of your desire to withdraw before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal from this Agreement, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which We are informed of your exercise of the right to withdraw from the Agreement. Refunds shall be made using the same form of payment that was used during the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. However, in no event shall the Customer incur any fees in connection with such refund.

If the Customer has requested the commencement of the subscription-based paid services during the withdrawal period, We may deduct from the amount of the refund an amount determined in proportion to the performance provided prior to the notice of withdrawal from the Agreement.
